Train with
a clear next step.
Find help with sign-in, Apple subscriptions, restoring access, workout data, optional photo processing, and account deletion. EquipmentFit provides general exercise education—not medical advice or a safety certification.
Sign-in and account access
- Use the email and password associated with your EquipmentFit account.
- If account creation asks for email confirmation, use the link delivered by Supabase Auth before signing in.
- Membership is tied to both your Apple purchase and the signed-in EquipmentFit account used to verify it.
- Never send a password, Apple ID password, payment-card number, or full purchase token to support.
Free access and EquipmentFit Plus
New members can continue with a locally stored starter workout plan and core training log. An active, server-verified EquipmentFit Plus subscription unlocks AI-generated plans, optional photo-based training context, movement cues, and other premium coaching requests.
Monthly and annual options are purchased through Apple. The exact price, billing period, and any introductory offer shown in the Apple purchase sheet control.
Restore an Apple subscription
- Sign in to the EquipmentFit account you want linked to the subscription.
- Open
Profile → Settings → Restore purchases. - Use the same Apple ID that originally purchased the subscription.
- EquipmentFit sends Apple’s signed transaction to its backend for verification before access is restored.
If Apple finds no active purchase, check iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Restoring does not create a charge.
Optional photo processing
Body-context and movement photos are optional Plus features. Choosing a photo does not upload it. The app shows a separate confirmation immediately before a selected image is sent through the EquipmentFit backend to OpenAI.
- EquipmentFit does not store the submitted photo in its Supabase training database.
- OpenAI states API content is not used to train its models by default and may retain API content for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.
- The response provides general training context or visible movement cues only. It does not diagnose injury, certify safety, or estimate body fat.
- You can decline and continue without sending a photo.
Plan or coaching request did not complete
- Confirm you are signed in and have an active verified membership.
- Check your connection and try once more after a short wait.
- Use the locally stored starter plan or existing session history while the service is unavailable.
- If the issue persists, include the action you attempted, approximate time, app version, and any on-screen error in your support message. Do not attach a body or movement photo unless support specifically provides a secure reason and method.
Manage or cancel through Apple
Open iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → EquipmentFit to view renewal details or cancel. Deleting a EquipmentFit account does not cancel an Apple subscription, and canceling an Apple subscription does not automatically delete the EquipmentFit account.
Delete your EquipmentFit account
- Open
Profile → Settings → Delete account. - Review the permanent-deletion notice.
- Type
DELETEand confirm. - When successful, EquipmentFit removes the Auth account, profile, synchronized plans, sessions, check-ins, support messages, entitlement record, and locally saved training data.
You must separately manage any Apple subscription in Apple Account settings.
