Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use PhysiqAI. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must provide accurate information when registering
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You may not share your account with others

AI Analysis and Content

PhysiqAI uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized fitness plans based on information you provide, including photos. By submitting a photo for analysis, you:

Consent to your photo being processed by our AI system
Acknowledge that AI-generated plans are suggestions only, not professional advice
Understand that results may vary and are not guaranteed
Confirm you are the person depicted in the submitted photo

Subscription and Billing

PhysiqAI offers a monthly subscription at $9.99/month.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple App Store or Google Play
Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Play Store settings
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
Prices are subject to change with advance notice

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit photos of other people without their consent
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the app
Misrepresent your identity or information
Upload offensive, illegal, or harmful content

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in PhysiqAI — including AI-generated plans, text, graphics, and code — are owned by PhysiqAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PhysiqAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated fitness plans will achieve any particular result. Use the app at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhysiqAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including any physical injury resulting from following AI-generated fitness suggestions.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
