Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use PhysiqAI. By using PhysiqAI, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

User account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
• You may not share your account with another person.

AI analysis and content

PhysiqAI uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized fitness plans based on the information you provide, including photos.

• You consent to the processing of a submitted photo by our AI system.
• AI-generated plans are suggestions, not professional advice.
• Results vary and are not guaranteed.
• You confirm that you are the person depicted in, or have permission to submit, any photo you provide.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscription offerings, prices, renewals, and payment terms are displayed through Apple’s App Store at the time of purchase and are governed by the applicable Apple terms.

• iOS subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the terms presented by Apple.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
• The browser member dashboard does not take payments or store payment-card information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit photos of other people without their consent.
• Use PhysiqAI for an unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt PhysiqAI.
• Misrepresent your identity or information.
• Upload offensive, illegal, or harmful content.

Intellectual property

All PhysiqAI content, features, and functionality—including AI-generated plans, text, graphics, and code—are owned by PhysiqAI and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any portion without written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

PhysiqAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that AI-generated fitness plans will achieve a particular outcome. Use PhysiqAI at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhysiqAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PhysiqAI, including physical injury arising from following AI-generated fitness suggestions.

Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account through the iOS app’s Settings > Delete Account flow. Upon deletion, personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, subject to any retention required by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PhysiqAI after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
